I feel very Lucky to be working with timber. It's something all land owners should at least have some awareness of. Many properties are sold without consideration for the timber on them. The timber on your parcel is also a potential asset. There are many choices for plans that can be put into place by foresters so that you can use this to help your overall plans. Sometimes permitting elements can be helped by the use of a Timber management plan as well. It is important that your land agent is educated about timber.
